Bradford Bulls youngster and rising star Jordan Lilley has admitted that his side have yet to reach their potential following their 46-0 win over Whitehaven at the weekend.
John Kear’s Bulls cermented their place at the top of the Betfred League One table with a crucial win over the Carl Forster’s Cumbrian outfit.
Tries from star winger Ethan Ryan helped the Bulls to record their 18th win of the season and widen the gap on the York City Knights who sit second in the table.
Jordan Lilley who is on loan to the Bulls from Super League side Leeds, has been crucial in the games that he has played so far at Odsal and is looking forward to seeing improvements from himself and his Bradford teammates as the business end of the season takes full swing.
“It was a really clinical performance on Saturday and we were execellent in fefence when we had to be,” said 21 year old Lilley.
“In recent weeks if we conceded penalties and lost momentum it has resulted in tries but we were fast out of the line and the boys in the middle stood up to the challenge.
“We forced errors and people did not see the best of Whitehaven because of how good we were – and we are only going to get better and better!”
